Step 1: Right-click on the Internet Explorer Icon on the Desktop |

Step 2: Type www.actol.net in the Address field. Click on the Connections tab at the top of the Window. |

Step 3: Click on the Add button. |

Step 4: Choose Dial up to Private Network from the list of options and click on Next. |

Step 5: Type 4805237 in the Phone number field. Click on Next. |

Step 6:This one is entirely up to you. Choose whether you want to be the only one who can use your connection on your computer or if you want to share it with other users. Click on Next. |

Step 7: Click Finish. If you want to add another e-mail account to Outlook Express, repeat the above procedure. If not click close. |

Type the Username and Password you were given in the fields provided. Click on Properties. |

Click on the Networking tab. |

Click on Settings. |

Make sure the Enable software compression box is unchecked and click on ok. |
